Rates & Occupancy
High Season rates are for May 16 - November 6. Low season rates are for November 7 - Feb 11, and Mid Season rates are for Feb 12 - May 15. Ashland has a 10% room occupancy tax that will be added to room charges. A complimentary breakfast is provided for each guest each morning of your stay.
Future reservations may be made at any time via on our website or by calling (541) 482-3315. Our website shows our availability for the next 12 months. For reservations beyond 12 months in the future, please call us.
Reservations require the payment of one nights rate for each room booked. Payment may be made to Ashland Creek Inn with personal check, Visa or Mastercard.
Cancellations made more than 6 months in advance will receive 100% of the deposit returned. Cancellations or changes to a reservation made 1-6 months prior to the arrival date will be charged a $25 processing fee. Cancellations and changes made within 30 days prior to date of arrival require payment for all dates reserved that cannot be rebooked. No refunds or credits will be made for early departure.
During our high season, we have a 2 night minimum stay. We frequently wave the minimum stay requirements on non-weekend days or to fill a void in our calendar. Please call us to discuss any questions about minimum stay.
Our Lobby is open 8 AM to 5 PM each day (Winter hours may vary). Staff is available and on-site during these hours.
After 2:00 PM. Please call if you plan to arrive after 4:00 PM so we can make sure to be here when you arrive.

Oregon law requires no smoking within 10 feet of the building. All interior spaces, including our rooms, are non-smoking.
Over the age of 12 are welcome.
We do allow dogs to stay in our rooms. There is a $20 pet cleaning fee upon checkout, and there are additional rules and responsibilities for owners. Please call us to discuss this.
