MINIMUM STAY
In 2020, we have a 2 night minimum stay from September 8 - October 31. We frequently wave the minimum stay requirements on non-weekend days or to fill a void in our calendar. Please call us to discuss any questions about minimum stay.
CHECK IN
Generally after 2:00 PM. You may check in 24 hours a day. A series of boxes are mounted next to the Lobby doors. One box with have your last name on it. Open the lid, and enter the zip code used when making the reservation. Press down on the Open button, and your key and a note explaining how to get to your suite are inside. Please call our main number at 541-482-3315 with any questions.
CHECK OUT
11:00 AM unless prior arrangements have been made.
LOBBY HOURS
Our Lobby is generally open 9 AM to 3 PM each day (However for safety reasons, we ask that you limit your visits to our lobby and contact staff by phone). Staff is available and on-site during these hours.
RATES & OCCUPANCY
High Season rates are for May 12 - October 31. Low season rates are for November 1 - Feb 11, and Mid Season rates are for Feb 12 - May 11. Ashland has a 10% room occupancy tax that will be added to room charges. State of Oregon has a 1.5% tax. A complimentary breakfast is provided for each guest each morning of your stay.
FUTURE RESERVATIONS
Future reservations may be made at any time via on our website or by calling (541) 482-3315. Our website shows our availability for the next 24 months. For reservations beyond 24 months in the future, please call us.
DEPOSITS
Reservations require the payment of one nights rate plus tax for each room booked. Payment may be made to Ashland Creek Inn with personal check, Visa or Mastercard.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made more than 6 months in advance will receive 100% of the deposit returned. Cancellations or changes to a reservation made 2-6 months prior to the arrival date will be charged a $25 processing fee. Cancellations and changes made within 60 days prior to date of arrival require payment for all dates reserved that cannot be rebooked. No refunds or credits will be made for early departure.
TRIP INSURANCE
We highly recommend you consider purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen personal and medical emergencies, unfavorable weather conditions, or other events that could create a need to change your travel plans. There are many clearing house websites where you can search for travel insurance (for example, SquareMouth.com and InsureMyTrip.com). Your personal insurance agent or credit card company may also have options available. Carefully consider all plan details to choose a plan that is comprehensive enough for you. Some policies may offer "cancel for any reason" coverage, while others may be more restrictive.
SMOKING
Oregon law requires no smoking within 10 feet of the building. All interior spaces, including our rooms, are non-smoking.
PETS
Dogs are allowed in all of our suites. There is a $30 pet cleaning fee, per pet, per stay. They are not allowed on any of the furniture, especially beds. There are additional rules and responsibilities for owners, please call us to discuss this. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you plan on bringing your pet.
DAMAGE
You are responsible for all damage to the suite or its contents. You hereby authorize us to process any fees against your credit card on file.
